To return a Stitch Kings product: You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply email us at Contact@StitchKings.com and request an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
What can be returned: Replacements or credits will only be accepted for items that are not produced in accordance with the approvals, notes, and mockups associated with your order.
What if I ordered the wrong size: Unfortunately, as everything is made to order we do no accept exchanges if the garments do not fit to your liking. Please check sizing carefully.
I placed an order and changed my mind, can I cancel: In the event that you change your mind, and the order has not yet been produced, then yes you may cancel your order. All cancelations of orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If I qualify for a return/exchange what are my options: You may select one of the following.
Option 1: We will issue you a 30% refund or credit (whichever you prefer) and you may keep the original garments.
Option 2: You may return the garments to us for a no rush reprint of your order. (Subject to case by case approval)
Option 3: You may opt to keep the original garments in "as is" condition and get half of an exact no rush reprint of your order.
Option 4: You may return all items for a 100% refund.
What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted after seven (7) days of receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return.
Returns for refund: must be made within seven (7) days of receipt of purchase.
Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within seven (7) days of receipt of purchase.
Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
Contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
